Instructions
To be able to charge users:
Fill out and submit the payout and bank account settings, and click Apply for Payout Status.
Then wait and check back, the account should be approved if information is filled out correctly.
If it doesn't work then email us and we'll set it up together.
Currently this is only available in some countries, but email us to add your country, we are in the process of adding a few.

* Photo IDs may or may not be required depending on the country and other factors. At the moment they are primarily required for Europe. You can try applying without uploading them, but the account might not get approved. If it doesn't work then feel free to email us.

Notes
After applying for Payout Status, the account might still say that it's inactive.
